Shipping policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation email.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.
- Standard shipping time is typically 2–6 business days once shipped.
⚠️ Holiday Season Notice (Mid-November through December): Please expect possible shipping delays due to the nationwide increase in shipping volume. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Free Standard Shipping is included on all products marked with free shipping.
- Priority Shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
- P.O. Boxes: We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the U.S. (availability shown at checkout). Please note:
- Some products may not be available in all regions.
- Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- If you do not receive your order within 6 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@veryspecialgames.com with your name and order number. We’ll be happy to assist you.
