At Very Special Games, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Because our system communicates instantly with our fulfillment center, cancellation isn’t always guaranteed. To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@veryspecialgames.com with your order details. We’ll confirm if we’re able to stop the order in time.

If your order has already begun processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. But don’t worry, you can still request a return once your order arrives.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return your original order and place a new one. If you’d prefer help arranging an exchange, contact us at hello@veryspecialgames.com and we’ll assist you.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
